Love this! And as a fellow explorer on the choral music quest, I can't agree more with your sentiments. It is such an uplifting experience to make beautiful sounds together with others, to put oneself out there, to survive the experience!

Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment Peggy-Ann! I will have to find something regular that is closer to home than downtown (I have been to Choir!Choir!Choir! a couple of times), so my renewed voice isn't silenced again – and I know you know what I mean :-)

Thanks for sharing that uplifting video and your personal revelations at starting something new when you are so adept in your chosen career. It's true starting g something new as a beginner is both invigorating and humbling.

So lovely of you to comment Pam! "Invigorating and humbling" – truer words were never spoken! But also so necessary :-)

Kim-Lee KhoAs a visual artist I like nothing more than getting up to my elbows in paint or little plastic toys, or wading in at the deep end in pursuit of an idea. When I am not teaching others in a similar vein, you can find me researching, writing and noodling around in my studio, seeing where my latest lines of inquiry lead me. Archives
